How I’m Different
I believe in delivering my loads on time. The only time one of my loads is late is if the receiver is not ready to receive. Though it is irritating I understand that some delays are built into the system and can not be controlled.
My Process & Workflow
I start each load with the required truck checks as prescribed by DOT. I update my log book to reflect start of load transportation and I get to truckin’. Should any mechanical failure happen I can fix most problems with the right tools and supplies. I never travel without my tools.
